Our Mission Statement

The Rocky Mountain Chapter of HDI is dedicated to helping its members maximize the return on their professional development expenditures. To this end, RMC of HDI facilitates sharing industry best practices information, provides peer networking opportunities, promotes personal development, and recognizes excellence in the support industry.

 

Who We Are

We are a member-driven community established to support IT and Technical Support Professionals in the Rocky Mountain Region. We provide a networking and information sharing forum and monthly programs for the continuous improvement of the IT and Technical Support Industry.  We promote member best practice collaboration, relationship building, networking opportunities, and educational programs leading to a better informed IT and Technical Support industry. As a local chapter of HDI, we strive to share information about the technologies, tools, and trends of the IT and Technical Support Community with our colleagues.

HDI offers a variety of services to meet the evolving needs of the IT and Technical Support Professional.  Some of the most successful organizations know that HDI training classes, conferences, publications, local chapter meetings and other membership benefits are cost-effective ways to keep up-to-date on the latest innovations in the industry.  Information available to our membership will assist you and your IT and Technical Support organization to provide world-class support and service.
